The Band's live radio broadcast of the show a few months before their breakup has been newly digitally remastered and released in Japan on an imported vinyl with a Japanese obi and bilingual booklet! The album was recorded for broadcast on the popular U.S. radio music program "King Biscuit Flower Hour" at the Carter Barron Amphitheater in Washington, DC on July 17, 1976, a few months before The Band's breakup show "The Last Waltz" in 1976. The band's wide range of songs from their debut album "Music from Big Pink" (1968), including "Tears of Anger" and "Firetruck" co-written with Bob Dylan, to "Forbidden Nuts" and "Same Thing" from "Southern Cross" (1975). The set list includes classic songs from a wide range of the band's career, including "Angry Tears" and "Fire Truck," both from "From Big Pink" and "Forbidden Fruit" from "Southern Cross," both released in 1975.
