The D9 kit from Wilesco's D10 is our most popular model steam engine. The D9 steam engine kit from Wilesco is identical to the popular D10 model, making it perfect for hobbyists and steam engine enthusiasts interested in this model. The D9 engine is equipped with a double-acting cylinder, which has significantly more power than models with an oscillating cylinder.

Additionally, the model is equipped with complete steam control and a centrifugal governor. The D9 boiler has a volume of 155 cm³ and a size of 115 mm x 45 mm. The remaining water in the boiler does not affect the durability of the machine and can be easily emptied by removing the filling valve "upside down".
The D9 model is also equipped with an authentic, steam-emitting chimney, providing additional real-steam fun. The condensate is directed from the cylinder to the back of the boiler house in a condensate water trough, resulting in a smoking chimney.
