Kloster Eberbach Crescentia Steinberger Riesling Spätlese 2017Winemaking The Steinberg vineyard is closely associated with the Kloster Eberbach monastery. In the early 13th century they built a wall around the area creating a perfect microclimate. This wall was extended in 1766. The vineyard soil is very deep with quartz stones and slate.
