100% Erbaluce from Fara – despite not being in Caluso thus not being able to be labelled Erbaluce, both Sizzano & Fara have long been considered great Erbaluce terroirs.

Stainless steel elevage but plenty of battonage & lees contact to add texture & depth.

This shows the real herbaceous varietal character of Erbaluce.  There’s lemon pith but hints also of tropical fruit.  Textural but also long and racy too.  It’s an excellent expression of this idiosyncratic & beautiful grape.
