Our 1-inch commercial door threshold seal has been designed to cater to a wide variety of different applications within the workspace. It will make sure that any warehouse is protected from the weather which is particularly important if you’re working with any machinery which is at risk of rusting or cardboard which will get ruined by rain. The threshold seal will also work with any garage or shed as long as it has been installed properly with the correct size. It is also an ideal addition to barns as it can effectively seal up the space between the opening and the outside, mainly recommended with roll up and tilt up doors. What is this commercial door threshold seals made from?

This commercial door threshold is made entirely of aluminum and has thermoplastic material at the sides and in the middle to help create a watertight seal between the door and the floor up to 1" high. Every part of the kit is durable and environmentally friendly as both the metal and PVC used are both fully recyclable.

The kit comes to you in sections which are kept rigid thanks to the innovative metal joining bars that are supplied as part of the kit. The threshold is then screwed into the ground which compresses the bottom seals, creating a watertight seal up to 1" high. How does this commercial door threshold secure my premises?

The threshold seal will effectively work as a weather stopper, not permitting anything from making its way inside. Usually rain and flooding bring with it a lot of debris such as leaves, sticks, and rocks which would get into the premises and damage stock and workplace vehicles. These commercial door threshold seals allow you to not worry about any of that and just have clean and dry premises at all times of the year.

The commercial seal can be used on residential garages and because the seal effectively eradicates the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, a lot of rodents and small reptiles will be prevented from entering.
