2021 Eric Forest L'âme Forest' Pouilly FuisséA biodynamic wine which is comprised from old vines across four of Eric's different lie dits vineyard sites La Cote', Tilliers, Le Bois Rosier', & Carmentrants. Each having distinctly different soil profiles. Scents of lemon thyme, verbena and mint. Green almond and oatmeal give way to a burst of taut (but not strict) citrus notes, salinity and wet stone.
