There are silver bells hanging on the tassels making some beautiful soothing sound.
There are multiple uses of tassels all depending on what you are planning to do with them.
You can use them in making jewelry, keychains, attach to any pull strings for fans lights etc., or bags and purses or to decorate cushions curtains etc. etc.

These particular tassels are joined to each other.
