2019 Lethbridge Chardonnay94 Points, Gary Walsh "Golden colour. Rich, bruised apple and pear, mint, butter menthol, saline and nutty. Its glossy and has an oatmeal richness, but has firm zesty ripe lemon acidity, a lot of power, nutty and buttery, slightly warm, and very long. That theme of oxidative richness and distinct salinity makes it kind of Jura like (Jurassic?) in style. Its a wine that will appeal to some more than others, for sure, but its really very good."
