---------- Sending your material ----------

I only need around a teaspoon’s worth of material to make the ring.  Any unused is sent back to you.  

Address details will be provided upon ordering.  

Please note I can only make cremation ashes rings for UK customers.

---------- Engraving ----------

The inside of the ring is finished smooth so an engraving can be added at no extra cost.

You can choose 15-20 characters (spaces included) of numbers, letters or simple punctuation.

To order an engraving please leave the details in a note during the checkout.

---------- Sizing ----------

These rings are available in any size at 6mm or 8mm width.

US sizes can be chosen from the dropdown menu but no drama if you can't find your UK/quarter size/width – just select anything and leave a note during checkout to let me know what size/width you need.

It is highly recommended that you get your finger sized by 2-3 jewellers at different times of the day to ensure you get the right size.

If you are unsure of a size then select the option "TBC with sizer" and I'll send you one for free!

 *** All customers will receive a wooden mock up ring to test the size before I make the final silver/gold/damascus ring. This is included in the cost. Please allow plenty of time to receive the mock up and the gold ring! ***

---------- Postage and Delivery ----------

Postage and packaging are free.

Turnaround times can vary but are normally around 10-12 weeks.  If you have a specific deadline then please get in touch and I’ll see if I can accommodate it in the schedule.

Delivery within UK is sent first class recorded and usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive.

Overseas delivery normally takes 5-10 working days but can be up to 5 weeks depending on where in the world you are. I advise allowing plenty of time for your ring to arrive to avoid disappointment.
