Returns: If returning an Serratelli Hat Co, the hat box MUST be wrapped in an outer protected wrap. If the hat box is returned damaged or with stickers/tape on it, the return may be declined or re-boxing fee will occur. Once a hat has been reshaped or altered in any way, it cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
