Penelope Elegance Breeches - these elegant breeches feature subtle tone-on-tone rhinestones on the waistband and along the front and back pockets. A little Penelope horse, also in rhinestones, sits in the middle of the left thigh. These comfortable stretch breeches have non-slip silicone grip in the shape of Penelope logo on the inside of the knees. A slightly high, tailor fit waist gives it a more feminine touch. The lower leg is made from Lycra to adapt to a wide range of body shapes.
