Step 2: Choose your undertone (this is the second letter), Neutral (N) A delicate balance of both cool and warm tones. Cool (C) Suits pink, red or bluish undertones. Warm (W) Suits golden, yellow or peachy undertones. Warm Olive (WO) Golden with an olive tint.

To determine which undertone you are look at the inside of your wrist, if your veins appear blue, you are a cool undertone, if they appear more green you are a warm undertone.
