Cute sterling silver marcasite three elephants in a row brooch. The elephants have tiny red gemstone (possibly garnets) eyes and it is stamped 925. A gorgeous brooch which would look great on a jacket or used as a feature clasp on a chain.

Brooches were extremely popular in Victorian/Edwardian times and were often placed on ribbon around the wearer's neck to create a colliers de chien or ‘dog collar’. Brooches are now having a comeback and are a great way to add some individual style to your outfit.

The brooch measures 4.5cm.

This unique piece of jewellery may have signs of wear due to its history. It is beautifully imperfect and should be treated with love and care. This gorgeous brooch is in great vintage condition.
