Directions for Use

SERVING SUGGESTION: Mix 1/4 teaspoon in your favourite juice or coconut water, away from meals.

TIPS: Always start with a small serving of GABA to assess suitability.

1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon is recommended away from meals with an insulin carrier such as juice. An activated B complex in the morning is recommended.
