This showstopper is made from nine of our famous cinnamon swirls, stacked into a stunning tiered centrepiece. Each swirl is baked until golden, soft, and buttery, then generously topped with our signature cream frosting and finished with a sprinkle of spiced crumble! Designed to be shared, pulled apart, and enjoyed around the table. Soft, sticky, warm, and wonderfully indulgent.
Storage Instructions
This cake is made with a soft brioche dough, which is best enjoyed fresh on the day of collection.
If you are keeping it for the next day, store it in an airtight container or sealed box to maintain softness and prevent drying.
Reheating Instructions
To enjoy that fresh-from-the-oven warmth:
• Preheat your oven to 150°C.
• Place the swirls (or individual pieces) on a tray.
• Warm gently for 5–7 minutes, just until soft and fragrant.
Do not overheat, as the brioche dough is delicate.
