This rectangular French Bistro table is ideal for hospitality and makes an excellent table for an apartment.  The ceramic top is more durable than marble. The table is reminiscent of tables used in cafés and restaurants in late 19th—and early 20th-century France. These antiques are found in many gardens or backyard terraces throughout France. 

The table's rim is banded by an aged seamless brass band to protect the ceramic's edge. The band has been coated to withstand the daily rigors of restaurant life. The heavy-duty cast iron stem and base have been powder-coated for protection.
