• Espresso Steak Marinade — a rich, savory blend that brings out incredible depth of flavor in grilled meats

• Pineapple Avocado Salsa made with Sweet Valencia Orange EVOO and White Balsamic for a bright, tropical twist

What to expect:

• From 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour cooking class,
  • Saturday classes are from 3PM to 5PM
• In a class of 13 students in a communal table. 
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email [email protected]. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
