Savoury, umami, fragrant, with low bitterness and astringency. (it has Saemidori and Gokou blended in, contributing to that fragrant sweetness!)

Actually, this is a good ceremonial grade matcha, (20% hand picked!) but we have decided to place this experience in the form of a premium matcha latte! 

That’s why, this actually taste quite good as an ushucha too! (cuz it’s meant to be an ushucha in the first place)
