Dehydrated broccoli is a wonderful vegetable to have in your food storage. This vegetable is great to throw in soups, casseroles, and stews. Broccoli is great to make broccoli and cheese soup; something to keep you warm on those cold day. This is a great resource for your long term food storage needs.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Add 1/4 cup broccoli to 1/2 cup water. Simmer 5-10 minutes. To add to soups and sauces add the water hot and let stand 10-15 minutes. May add dry to soups or reconstitute and add to sauces and casseroles.
