A nice Bogdan Model 2 salmon reel, 3 3/4" diameter and set up for desirable LHW. It weighs 13.1 ounces on my scale. Good used condition with moderate rash and several nicks on the frame edges, some wear to the drag adjuster knob, and general cosmetic wear throughout. Warm champagne anodized frame and spool with black anodized sideplates. The crank handle is silver anodized as are the foot, poacher's knob, Bogdan nameplate, oil port cover, and the drag adjuster frame. "No. 2" is stamped on the side of the foot. The reel has the famous Bogdan double brake drag system and a 2:1 multiplying retrieve. The reel packs into a leather drawstring pouch (not an original Bogdan bag). A very nice model for mid-size spey rods, and this one is also in scarce LHW.
