Lapidary cut, multi-layered Motor Agate (Fordite) cabochon set in sterling silver. The salvaged and repurposed material set in this piece began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested from a major auto plant many years ago.

This one of a kind piece has a beautiful Type 2 Motor Agate cabochon: Color on color layers with metallics. 

This lovely vintage fordite cab is set in hand worked sterling, with cast leaf, and torch fired solid sterling droplets with our mini-hammered texture. An oxidized finish has been applied to enhance details. 

A beautiful 17.5" oxidized sterling chain, featuring a matching toggle clasp.
