[Product Features] This is a bead (rim) lock from MOTION PRO. In motocross and enduro cars, where the air pressure is often run at lower than the specified pressure, the rim and tire gradually become misaligned while riding, which can put stress on the air valve and cause it to tear. This "Light Lock" prevents this. It is integrally molded from a lightweight, high-strength nylon composite material with a special shape, so it firmly fixes without damaging the rim or tube. It has excellent impact resistance and is about half the weight of the same type of aluminum model from the same company (helps reduce unsprung weight). Comes with an aluminum nut and bevel washer. We recommend a nut tightening torque of 10lb/ft (approximately 13.5Nm). Patented design.
