We were overjoyed to have stumbled upon a stunning collection of Sarreguemines pieces, one drizzly Sunday morning at an early morning brocante.

Amongst these early 20th century treasures was this stunning earthenware Sarreguemines tureen.

A charming piece which would once have served soups and stews, these vessels now make statement storage pieces around the home, sitting as beautifully atop a stack of books or on a shelf, as on your dining table.

Please note, she has a small chip as pictured, and yet, she is still pure perfection.
