3D-printed  valve dust collection, ideal for extraction systems. These gate valves are ideal for extraction systems on machines. For example, on a standing drilling machine for chip extraction. The gate valves are designed to fit ideally on I.D 100mm pipes/hoses. The sliders are manufactured in the 3D printing process and are very robust. The surface has no "finish", i.e. it is not post-treated (sanded and/or varnished) but remains as it comes from the 3D printer. Due to the process technology (3D printing), small optical defects can never be ruled out. However, these amount purely to the optics and do not affect the function of the sliders. The valves are designed for the vacuum range of an extraction system. These are not suitable for use in the pressure range (water/downpipe/overpressure air). Likewise, the sliders are intended for use inside. These are not weatherproof and become brittle in direct and long sunlight. There is also the risk that the material could deform from a temperature of about 55 degrees Celsius. Assembly is required, but very easy.
