In the spirit of Chico innovation, The Meerkat and BTCHN’ came up with a way to combine the best handle bar and tire plugging device in one package. Fabricated from 4130 Chromoly Steel, they are as strong as they are good looking; bent in house, and beautifully finished in either satin black powder coat or Cerakote Armor Black. 

Dynaplug enters the mix with a special version of their Covert bar end tool. This iteration is pre-installed and fully integrated into the bar for easy, on-bike access that accelerates the tire plugging process. The Covert threads/integrates directly with the High Riser bar, reducing weight and removing compression or tools usually needed for handlebar-storage tool installation. 

This easy-thread-in design is facilitated by a Dynaplug-machined insert, made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, welded permanently into the ends of the handlebar. The Covert simply threads into the insert for a snug fit. With Dynaplug  Twin Tube™ technology, the Covert stores 4 preloaded plugs ready to go at your fingertips. The Covert is compatible with any Dynaplug repair plug, allowing for multiple sized plugs ready at all times. The end result is the fastest tubeless repair on the market in an even tighter and lighter form factor, giving riders the ability to rejoin the party train without holding up the group due to a puncture.

Oh wait, did we mention that all Covert tools are andodized and then Cerakoted for added durability? WhewwoooOOO!

The Covert High Riser is available now in limited quantities and will be produced seasonally from the forges of BTCHN’ Bikes.
