Headpiece

« Origin » anatomic headpiece, includes noseband cheek pieces to avoid extra thickness and pressure on the pole. Wide and padded, anatomic cut at the base of the hears to release this sensible area. 

Noseband

Calf lined, padded figure 8 noseband. Helps to canalize gently jaws shifting and mouth opening.  Comfortable and elegant browband in shape

Leather

Width and density of the hides are strictly controlled and the vegetable tanning process, based on chestnuts, is specially developed for bridlework to ensure its longevity and avoid stretching. Except from pigmentation, the leather grain is not altered during tanning and finishing processes to guarantee its exclusive softness and resistance.
