Installation Instructions

Recommended Installation: First, remove your door panels and/or vehicle headliner
The best way to handle Mega Zorbe™ Pro is to first cut it down to the size of the install location, making sure to leave room for wiring and other electrical components.
Mega Zorbe™ Pro cuts easily: a simple pair of scissors will do the job! After you make your cuts, you can adhere with peel & stick backing (if option selected) or use a spray adhesive, like our P329 Permanent Spray Adhesive.
We do not recommend using this product in heat bays or near heat sources. For high heat applications, try Mega Block™.
For thinner foam options, consider our Mega Zorbe™, which comes in 1/2" only.
You can also stack Mega Zorbe™ Pro on top of itself for more thermal and sound insulation to 3" or even 4" of total thickness using a spray adhesive (peel & stick backing will not stick to Mega Zorbe Pro.
The R-Value of open cell foam makes Mega Zorbe™ Pro excellent for additional insulation in the doors and above the headliner.
DO NOT use Mega Zorbe™ Pro on the floor of your vehicle because the open cell foam will decay over time if weight is constantly on it.
