Belgian artist duo Muller Van Severen designed Ceiling Lamp No.4 and No.5 to celebrate their fifth anniversary with Valerie Objects. No.4 and No.5 take inspiration from the shapes of garlands and serpentines, bringing playful, colourful lines into the space. The lamp’s playful and unique form reflects the designers’ intuitive and imaginative approach.

Constructed from a single curved rod suspended by two ceiling fixtures and finished with a white ceiling cap, the cable runs discreetly inside the rod, keeping the design clean and uncluttered. The included ceiling mounting components ensure the lamp stays balanced and secure. Thanks to a 3-metre cable at both ends, the height is adjustable at both the canopy and mounting points for precise alignment and the desired height. The lamp features a classic cone-shaped white glass shade paired with a half-mirrored bulb (included), providing a softly diffused glow.

Made from either a powder-coated steel or untreated brass tube, the lamp offers a colourful finish that adds character, or a raw finish that ages beautifully over time, developing a subtle patina. The lamp’s slim, minimal design and soft downward angle create a focused light, making it ideal for dining areas or living rooms. With its striking geometric form, this lamp captures attention while emitting a pure, crisp light.
