Wire Tie Down Studs are specifically designed for quick and rugged wire security. These tie down studs hold up to 1" in diameter and can be seamlessly welded into place in milliseconds via Capacitor Discharge stud welding. This provides a permanent, worry-free wire maintenance system. 

Wire Tie Down Studs were created as an aesthetic and reliable alternative to the traditional screw and adhesive fasteners. With a pull-off that exceeds the capability of a typical 3/16" nylon strap, they are ideally suited for any wire assembly need. This ranges from heavy duty construction equipment to wire management in industrial control boxes. 

The wire-tie down stud is available in stainless steel and aluminum and comes in a #10 diameter. 

Installation procedure:

• Insert the stud extension into the stud welding gun.
• Position the tie down against the work and pull the trigger
• Remove the gun from the tie down
• Break off the extension with a pair of pliers
