Our triticale is a versatile grain that can be used for many different things. This is a hybrid cross of what and rye so it is high in fiber. This is great for those that love to do sprouts.  Triticale can also be cooked for a great hot breakfast. This can also be grounded into flour and used with other flours to make bread. This is a delicious addition to your long term food storage staples.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 30 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Can be cooked for cereals or ground for flour. For better bread results, blend with other flours.
