Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are natural carbohydrates found in a variety of fruits, vegetables and grains. FOS selectively promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestines.

The probiotic bacteria in this product are cultured using a combination of vitamins, minerals and dairy proteins. Though the culture medium is removed before packaging, there may be traces of dairy in this product.
