Malignant Hyperthermia protocol is to have a cart with nearby, easy access storage to drugs, charcoal filters, syringes, catheters, nursing supplies and laboratory testing supplies. Each Malignant Hyperthermia Cart includes a built-in Follett® laboratory grade refrigerator for precise and long-lasting cold temperature control and room for required cold storage of cold saline solutions and regular insulin. The MH5300K Harloff Malignant Hyperthermia Cart also comes with three storage drawers, a key lock and a 1.8 cubic feet refrigerator. Accessories include a waste container with mounting brackets, two large chart/document holders and a large wire basket, but additional storage options are also available.
