The MB8020 is our most popular Markinbox unit. It has a marking area that is adequate for most customers' requirements, reducing unnecessary marking area and keeping the unit cost down.

The BSD unit includes the big solenoid marking head which is much more powerful and recommended for deeper marking.

The unit is easy to place onto large jobs and also suitable for marking smaller parts. It is also suitable for marking cylinders.

We highly recommend the magnetic foot base in applications where the job surface is flat, as it keeps the unit 100% secure during marking, preventing movement (operator error) and/or allows for hands-free marking. This is especially true when deep marking with the BSD head.

The marking head has four m5 screw lugs on the back suitable for mounting on custom mounting stands. Otherwise, we have ready-to-go tool post stands available.
