WHAT IS THE TONE OF THE SADOWSKY P PRECISION BASS PICKUP?

Sadowsky’s P has a nice bloom in the midrange…while still having the right amount of mid-scoop. The pickups is controlled, and would make an excellent candidate for recording. The top end is soft, and we hear a pleasing compression in the slap track.

Please note the pickup used in this demo video is a Sadowsky 4 string P. Sadowsky is engineering the 5 string version to sound as close as possible to the 4 string.
