The Lean Practitioner course empowers individuals to lead impactful projects that improve stability, standardization, and flow within their organizations. Designed for those looking to advance their Lean expertise, this course combines strategic insights with practical tools to drive meaningful change. 

Core competencies include: 

• Making the Case for Change: Using Lean methodologies to identify opportunities and communicate the need for improvement. 
• Cell Design: Designing efficient workspaces to optimize productivity and minimize waste. 
• Standardized Work: Establishing a reliable, predictable, and repeatable process to meet customer demand with a quality product. 
• Kanban/Pull Systems: Implementing demand-driven systems to reduce lead-time, improve inventory management and reduce waste.  
• Quality Improvement: Applying proven methods for detecting abnormalities, stopping production, rapid response, and preventing recurrence. 

By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to independently lead Lean projects that deliver sustainable improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality improvement. 

This course serves as a prerequisite to GBMP's Kaizen Event Leader level.
