The Exit Planning Institute (EPI) has prepared this proposal for educational programming for up to 20 advisors conducted in partnership with Wilmington Trust.

Basics of Value Acceleration (BVA) is an introduction to exit planning and the Value Acceleration Methodology consisting of six core modules and approximately three hours of course work. Attendees will gain further knowledge on how to help business owners plan holistically for the eventual transition from their company with a focus on business, personal, and financial elements. Presentation and workbook included. 

Empowering Conversations with Business Owners takes the technical process, methodology, and core concepts of Value Acceleration and puts them into action through five critical conversation starters to better engage with business owners. Attendees learn the process and approach to effectively intrigue business owners and empower them to take action and begin planning now. Access to 5-4-3-2-1 whitepaper included. 

After completion of the courses, in partnership with Wilmington Trust, EPI will organize a 90-minute virtual EPI Faculty Meet Up where attendees can review the course content, ask questions of EPI faculty members, meet representatives within Wilmington Trust, and understand the overall goals and objectives of the organization. All attendees with receive a copy of the book Walking to Destiny: 11 Actions an Owner Must Take to Rapidly Grow Value and Unlock Wealth written by Christopher Snider.
