ABOUT THE ARTIST: The Tasmanian Devil has growled his way into the hearts of cartoon fans around the world and is definitely the looniest character in the Looney Tunes bunch. This delightful image is taken from an original Robert McKimson sketch. McKimson was a directing animator at Warner Bros. Studio and created some of the world's most popular characters, including the Tasmanian Devil, Foghorn Leghorn, Speedy Gonzales and Sylvester Jr. During McKimson's celebrated career in animation, he directed 175 classic Warner Bros. cartoons.

ABOUT THE MEDIUM: A sericel is an image that has been specifically designed for the collector's market and produced utilizing silkscreen techniques. The image is hand inked onto a master cel from which the serigrapher then creates silkscreened lines for the special limited edition. Hand cut screens are created for each of the vibrant colors of the sericel Upon completion of the silkscreening process, the screens are destroyed. Each bears the official Warner Bros Studio seal. The original artwork will be vaulted in the McKimson Productions Inc. archives.
