The inside of the sauté pan is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking or becoming burnt on, making both cooking and cleaning easier. The sauté pan can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, is scratch-resistant and works on all heat sources. Dishwasher safe.
