92-94 Points, Jasper Morris – “Crimson, not ruby, medium depth. A savoury perfumed nose with even a touch of chocolate. An interesting, complex Chaffots, a wine I always like chez Haisma, and it’s a good plan to have reduced the whole bunches which are still usefully present. Four barrels instead of five, very long finish.” 

90-92 Points, Neal Martin (Vinous – Galloni) – “The 2024 Morey Saint-Denis Les Chaffots 1er Cru has a more backward, though refined bouquet with pure red cherry and wild strawberry fruit that gently unfolds in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a pastille-like purity, vibrant red cherry and strawberry fruit, silky tannins with a touch of rosehip on the elegant finish. This should be considered a success in a vintage of strong headwinds.”
