Customization Process

• From booking to receiving your unique jewelry, the total process takes 5 weeks.

  Contact our design team with your desired jewelry style. The more detailed your description, the more accurately we can create your dream piece. After approving the design draft, we will provide a quote.
• ✦STEP 2: Design Your Custom Jewelry
  After paying the deposit（50% of the total price), our team will begin working closely with you. We can provide design sketches, CAD drawings, or a physical model. Production will only begin once you are fully satisfied with the design.
• ✦STEP 3:Receive Your own Jewelry
  Once your design is finalized, our craftsmen will create your piece in 3 to 4 weeks. After completion, we will ship it promptly to you.
