In this orientation the stem’s top surface is completely flat offering aesthetic appeal and an ideal surface for headset spacer-style or "over-the-stem" cycling computer mounts Flip up for a +6mm offset stem and a 12mm boost in cockpit height (compared with negative orientation) without adjusting the position of headset spacers.
