Delivery Day Guidelines and Damage Policy
On The Day Of The Delivery
Please note that deliveries are only made on weekdays. To ensure a smooth delivery, please call the carrier on the morning of your scheduled delivery to confirm their arrival time, usually between 9 am and 5 pm. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.
When The Truck Arrives
Before the driver unloads your greenhouse, please verify that the shipping label on the package shows your correct name and address. If there are any discrepancies, contact us right away. Take photos of the package while it's still on the truck. The driver will use a liftgate to lower your greenhouse to the ground, either next to the truck or on the curb.
Inspecting Damages
Before signing for your greenhouse delivery, take a moment to inspect the shipment carefully. You have the right to do this. If you notice any damage, write “Damaged” on the delivery receipt and take photos of all affected areas, including the pallet. Contact our support team right away. If the freight has severe damage or missing wrap, you may refuse the delivery.
