Love a good crunch? Join us for a hands-on pickle party celebrating the best of seasonal produce. We'll cover principles of vinegar-based pickling, how to incorporate it easily into your weekly routine, and why pickles are a bright, tasty addition to any salad, stew or stir fry. All participants will jar up some pickled goodies to take home for their friends and family. Snack: Asiago Cheese & Whipped Hummus topped with EVOO and Local Bread

What to expect:

• From 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour cooking class,
  • Saturday classes are from 3PM to 5PM
    
• You will work with others in a group 10
  
  • *While we don't offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email [email protected]. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
