Important Considerations:

The Skin Illustrator colour system’s high pigment concentration and lack of unnecessary fillers can cause cracks, bubbles, or shrinkage in the dried colour cells. This is normal and does not affect the product’s quality or performance. Due to the concentrated formula being poured into cells with alcohol and then evaporated, some shrinkage occurs, preventing the cells from being filled completely to the edges. It is impossible to solidify all cells uniformly for transport in palettes. When reactivated with IPA or alcohol, the pigments perform flawlessly without compromising quality.
