An elongated, silent figure whose features evoke both the childlike and the extraterrestrial. Its body, assembled with an almost organic precision, seems to hold a breath suspended in time. In this work, Tomàs Barceló continues to explore the inner presence of his mechanical beings—creatures that seem to remember something we have forgotten.

Sculpture carved in plaster, based on a cast from a fine grog refractory clay model, and reproduced in resin. Painted with shellac, chalk paint, acrylics, and varnish.
