One of our favourite #1000 stones in the shop. It has a very unique natural stone like pattern on the stone, but in fact, it is a synthetic stone. This stone requires a soaking for about 10-15 minutes. It gives a very nice white hazy kasumi on the bevel work, at the same time it also gives a very bity edge. Also the dimensions of the stone, 73 x 198 x 32cm, is a lot higher than usual synthetic stones, and this means the stone will outlast you for a much longer period of time.
