Each cultivar is carefully hand-picked, stone milled at 40g per hour, and shaded for about 40 days. Sourced from award-winning producers, they come in extremely limited quantities world-wide. Competition grade matcha will become even more rare in 2026, this is the chance to experience them.

Discover the unique flavor of each cultivar on its own, then blend them to your taste. Mix two or more cultivars, adjust the powder ratios, tweak the water temperature, and fine-tune other details to create your perfect matcha.
