About the Artist

Meet Tammy! A passionate self-taught watercolorist, as well as a mental health therapist, she discovered her love for painting through YouTube artists during the pandemic. Tammy's artistic journey transformed from a hobby into a daily ritual, helping her navigate anxiety and depression. She began teaching online over 3 years ago and can now be found creating courses, hosting art retreats abroad, teaching live classes online, and creating YouTube tutorials. Because of her two career paths, she loves to mix self-care concepts in with her teaching to help students let go of perfectionism in their art. 

Her mornings are filled with the soothing routines of prayer, exercise, matcha tea, and family time, alongside painting and exploring nature. Tammy's vibrant art reflects her commitment to authenticity, growth, and kindness. She sees art as a powerful tool for transformation, inspiring her students to find joy in the creative process and to let go of perfectionism, embracing the true beauty of self-expression.
