The DSP Black Double Splice Tape is engineered specifically for SMT placement machines equipped with intelligent feeder technology. Featuring a black strip covering the sprocket holes, this double splice tape allows the optical sensor to accurately detect the splice, ensuring smooth, continuous operation during placement.

The double splice design joins both the carrier tape and the cover tape in a single pre-cut PET strip, eliminating the need for separate splice clips. Each size is clearly marked with a placement guide to align cut carrier tapes. DSP tapes can be used with or without a splice tool, offering flexibility for different production setups.
