A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Blend number 3.

Red Tails

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire, and sour Morello cherries from Kent.

Bramble, Thorn & Briar

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries grown in Northamptonshire, and organic Driscoll Victoria blackberries grown in Herefordshire.

Walled Gardens

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Sunny Cot apricots grown by a family run farm on the Isle of Wight.

Barbarian Lands

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Timperley Early rhubarb grown in Worcestershire.

Honey Isle

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Honeyberries grown on a farm near Dundee, Scotland.
